“Superb and prompt service - dishwasher basket arrived damaged and was immediately replaced, no if's no but's. Best place to find your spares, trust me, I do that a lot and only fond what I need here!”

“What can I say about UK whitegoods. Nothing but amazing customer service. I e mailed and phoned numerous spare part companies to find a, spare part for my Bush cooker. No joy until UK Whitegoods came to my assistance. They didn't have the part in stock but sourced me it in Turkey ( where a lot of your kitchen appliances are manufactured) They advised it could take 8 weeks but that was better than having to buy a new cooker. Arrived right on time, really well wrapped and was the exact part I needed. Will definitely use UK Whitegoods again. Can't thank you all enough. 5 star service.”

“Reply to email info request received very quickly and with exactly the info and link I was looking for. Items dispatched in good time (appropriately packed in a recyclable bag) and a bonus that even a small order can be made postage free with a slightly longer delivery time which is very acceptable. Excellent service all round. PS: response time listed is working hours, reply came in early morning after a late evening request.”

“The part finally arrived after a a bit of miscommunication the only thing that is bad with Whitegoods is the couriers they use (Hermes) . Every time I have items delivered with Hermes it’s been a nightmare. I would say if Whitegoods wants to improve change your courier .”

“I contacted the company to enquire about a part for our oven. Although I didn't order the part, the person I spoke to was extremely knowledgable, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely use UK Whitegoods again.”
