“Very poor communication from UK Whitegoods we had to chase up the delivery with no guaranteed delivery date. We ordered the part and just waited for it to arrive and chased Uk Whitegoods up for a delivery date. The response was the delay is due to Covid and postal delays . Other suppliers has it in stock for delivery. I think its fair to except that they could have communicated something to us about the delays . I don't like to leave badfeed I am just explaining what happened to my delivery.”

We could make delay clearer if we used flashing neon signs but, we doubt it. And you ordered using the cheapest, slowest option possible for what is a non-UK held item so, pretty much as we said on the page and order, it was gonna take a while. And other suppliers, not as cheap are they? ;)

“I ordered a new heat sensor / thermostat for my oven. I was given a 2 - 6 working day delivery time. 13 days later it's still yet to arrive. Not even an email explaining the delay.”

“I first came across UK Whitegoods when I was looking for help a few years ago for a repair I needed advice on and found the Forum page which help with the repair. This time I needed to purchase an item for another repair and contacted UK Whitegoods directed and was given good advice on the item I needed, also I found that UK Whitegoods was the cheapest for a genuine part, the purchase procedure was easy and it arrived in the allotted time that UK Whitegoods gave. So, good advice, best price and delivered on time, I could not ask for more.”

“Excellent service. Emailed me within 10 minutes of order to point out I'd ordered the wrong part, and gave me the correct reference to change the order (which was cheaper!). Part arrived promplty, and very well packagaed for protection. Defintely recommend”

“I asked about an ignitor box I received that didnt appear to be suitable for my hob although on the website it was listed as good. A very quick and comprehensive reply let me know that the part made now requires a switch to go with it. All part references provided. I managed to repair my old unit fortunately, new part on ebay.”
