“I must first start by saying my parcel was delayed in coming. It happens these days, however, when asked to provide updates and status I was told the TRUTH that something was amiss with my order and apologies and options were provided. (Refund, cancel or wait) I chose to wait. Excellent customer service and after sales were provided and the item was promptly allocated and delivered. Will definitely use again when required”

“Very happy with price of spare and accuracy of part supplied.Improvement is still needed on keeping customers aware before ordering and during the wait as to how long it will take for customer to receive the items ordered. I had to contact UK Whitegoods to find out what was taking the time instead of the other way round. When you order online and it doesn't say not in stock you expect to receive items within 5 Days maximum. If it's not in stock quote the delivery wait and then people can decide if they want to order or not and if like me you don't need it urgently you'll wait and be more patient.”

“Have used this company on several occasions and have found them to be OK. The last part I ordered did take some time to arrive but it did arrive a few days after the due date. This part was for a German fridge so on the whole not a problem.”

“Rapidly identified the required part. It took a little while to arrive but that was OK as I was buying to replace a worn rather than failed part. I probably chose a slow delivery option for that reason.”
