“I emailed them in order to locate a refrigerator part. Their email was easy to find on their website and they responded to me immediately. They also had the part for a reasonable price.”

“Ordered a fridge light 5 weeks ago still waiting for it. email to confirm that you have sent the item was told that on the way, had to email again same answer, still waiting not impressed. If not in stock you should have informed us reason and expected date!!!!”

“I’ve had really excellent service from this company, both in email communication prior to buying and the parts being delivered. Their website in relation to this particular part was by far the most helpful and informative as the part I was searching for has been discontinued ! I therefore had to order a replacement motor as well as ice dispenser and was naturally sceptical but it works like a dream! My Beko American fridge freezer is a 2015 model so I can confirm these 2 parts do work ! Excellent service all round and would use again. Thanks”

We just sell the parts, we don't make the pricing. But those are two special order items that come from the EU. You may have heard about delays, like the ones we warn you of due to a little pandemic thing and Brexit going on. And, you cancelled the order, it was refunded in minutes of your request.
