“Ordered a dishwasher dispenser, paid extra for 2 day delivery. After a week, still no delivery.. emailed and ukwhitedoods say they don’t stock my item and have to order it in !!! This should of been made clear at time of order. 22 days after my order the part arrived... I’m so happy I paid extra for a speedy delivery!!!!! If I had known of the 3 week wait I would of ordered from elsewhere. But they take your money and say they cannot stock all the items in there site .... so why not make it clear on there web site of this !!! Part works fine.”

“I purchased 2 hinges and new rubber seals for my Britannia oven. The UK Whitegoods website has very good guidance on how to change the hinges and my emailed queries were quickly answered. The products are excellent and work like a dream.”

“The product took a long time to arrive and had a crack in it. When I emailed you I was contacted by a gentleman called Dave who responded very quickly and apologised. He stated that he would send a replacement and when I replied, I asked him how long it would take to arrive and he responded promptly on the same day and was as helpful as he could have been. It may well have been your appointed carrier who damaged the product, but as you can imagine, by the time receive my order, I will have waited nearly 6 weeks since I ordered it. Your firm provides products which are are no more expensive than your competitors, but I would be grateful if you could explain why a small piece of injection moulded clear plastic retails at £30.00. When I first looked online, I was expecting to pay between five and ten. How naive of me. I would like to mention Dave again, who has been a very professional representative of your firm. Kind regards, Michael Delea.”

“Bought items on website and waited and waited only to be told that it wasn't in stock and white goods were waiting for delivery, I wouldn't have bothered to order if I had known that. Then received an email about two weeks later saying that the items have been received and being delivered, I think they deliver stuff by horse and cart ,still waiting for 6 days on,dont but anything from this company.”

“Will not use again for any of my future spare part requirements. Ordered a part and paid extra for it to be delivered with 2 to 4 days. Part eventually arrived 2 weeks later. From my correspondence it was clear that this part could not possibly be provided in the timescale delivery options on the Whitegoods delivery page (part is sourced from Italy?!). Had I known the part would take 2 weeks then I would have ordered if from another company - This is exactly what I’ll be doing next time!”
