“Whitegoods were an excellent firm to deal with.Although the parts were out of stock they still manage to deliver only 2 days late even though we were in lockdown.”

“The person who responded to my query did it quickly and efficiently and offered very good advise. Unfortunately, the product has been discontinued and it seems as if no-one has any stock worldwide.”

“I enquired about a replacement fridge door shelf for my fridge freezer. I received a very prompt response pointing me towards the appropriate part, noting that it was out of stock but could be ordered to be sent once available. I was very pleased with the level of customer service. I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I am still awaiting delivery.”

“I order fidge freezer led light for the Bose fridge on 15/01/2021. Surprisingly I'm still waiting. I send the 2 email so far. They said the light in the transit soon will reach to me. I hope the led light will arrive within this year. I ask the refund my money I will buy somewhere else, they refused to give refund. My advice to other customers ordering from this company wast of money and time. Unresponsive company. Look like scam your money.”

“Placed an order on 22 Feb, quoted latest delivery estimate was 2 March, now 10 March. Have tried contacting, but no response. Have requested to cancel the order, no response. Will just need to contact credit card company. As always, getting a response indicating knowledge of delay is very important in these circumstances.”

Somewhat not representative of the actuality, the response you were sent was: Hi John, The part was out of stock with us and the supplier. It has now arrived at the supplier and they are shipping them to us. We should have them in the next few days and will dispatch as soon as they arrive. If you are unable to wait please let me know and i will get the order refunded for you. Thank you
