“Had a wonderful experience dealing with Whitegoods! Was unsure about which part to order and received sound advice, The part arrived promptly and my cooker is now working. This is the second time i have used them and would not hesitate to use them again !! Fantastic.”

“UK Whitegoods sent me an item for my kitchen. DPD made a mistake and the item was returned to sender. Although I eventually got my item the second time around, UK Whitegoods just blamed DPD and were not very interested in providing an explanation or providing any timescales for delivery.”

“Excellent service and advice. Product was perfect, an oven door seal which fitted perfectly first time. I am so pleased as I can now use my Flavella cooker for another 10 years. I would recommend Whitegoods, and will certainly contact again should I need any further spare parts for my cooker. Thank you so much.”

“Initial inquiry answered almost immediately. Reply included link to part needed so there was no need to search the website. Part ordered and arrived as promised. It fitted and repair completed. Brilliant all round service. If other UK companies only provided 50% of the service provided by UK Whitegoods they would do well and I would be happy. Well done to all concerned at UK Whitegoods,”

“Very quick to contact me. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, and shipping issues, were not able to help in a timeframe that was acceptable. But at least they were honest, contacted me quickly, and tried their best to locate spares. Unlike other suppliers, who either didn't answer, or were also unable to supply, but would of taken the order with no idea of delivery!!”

“brief encounter with a fantastic supplier I required smeg small oven multi-switch & original part sent & fitted ,I also required small oven cooling fan thermostat now fitted everything works like new I would like to thank Kenneth for him supplying wiring diagram with part No etc both parts ordered separately but delivered very quickly 10/10 thanks very much”

“Excellent service. I sent enquiry via email out of hours not really knowing which spare part i needed. Received email almost immediately and within couple of questions he knew exactly which part i needed for cooker. Easy to order and quick and free delivery. Super impressed. Would highly recommend.”

“Bought 2light covers for a extracted fan .i had all original paper work and was able to tell the sales team who confirmed that although the parts required was not on the current list and was available -arrived today and fitted thanks saved a lot of hassle and money great service Roger”

“Received very useful information, which helped in tracing a fridge-freezer problem. This ultimately turned out to be repairable and so a replacement part was not needed. On informing Whitegoods that I no longer needed to buy anything, I still received a polite "No problem " answer. Much appreciated. Will certainly use again. Regards.”

“Excellent service. They helped identify the missing part and delivered the replacements promptly. Only not giving 5 star as some parts are quite costly so you have to weigh this up against replacing the whole item. I suspect this is more related to the economics of supporting and storing a wide range of spares, the underlying manufacturers support for supplying spares rather than an issue with UK Whitegoods. Overall an excellent service and one that should be promoted across the UK based on it being greener to repair than replace. I think the goverment should give tax incentives to repair/replace compnies.”
