“Extremely pleased with the service from UK Whitegoods. I had a query, emailed them and they replied with a very quick response. The chap who contacted me was called Kenneth and he lead me to the correct spare part I needed for my cooker hood. It was ordered online and arrived promptly a few days later and has done the job!”

“We ordered a replacement charcoal filter for our Elica cooker hood and two grease filters. When they arrived it was not clear how to fit the filter and Kenneth Watt was brilliant in customer services, showing patience and perseverance until we had fitted it. This is such a refreshing change from faceless, online shopping. We will certainly use your company again and can recommend you 100%.”

Several weeks after fitting, at least have the decency to tell the complete story, not just the bits that suit you. And, as we explained, that part was broken on one side, very clearly caused by stress meaning something was out of line and that's why but you didn't want to hear it. Another will break as well until you resolve the actual problem causing it to break as we explained.

“Diplomat built in gas OVEN search for spare/replacement hinges over a period of 18 months. all online spare dealers visited but none of hinges identified matched those on the oven. Response from uk whitegoods was immediate.... HINGES OBSOLETE!. Thank you. New oven installed last week.”
