“Excellent prompt advice via email, and provided reassurance that my dishwasher heater/pump was available, even though eSpares said they could not supply. They obviously know how to work the parts lookup/ordering system. AND the part was cheaper than eSpares (for the same, original part).”

“The door seal was the direct replacement for my LG Washing Machine, it was cheaper than other suppliers, but what was really helpful was the support I received in identifying the correct one for my machine. I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends.”

“This was the first time I purchased from Whitegoods. And I was very pleased with them: Response Rate - 5 stars Sense of Responsibility - 5 stars Speed of Delivery - 5 stars Packaging - 5 stars Pricing - 5 stars I have more to say about pricing. The Whirlpool fridge milk tray would have costed me £38 + £4 from Whirlpool itself. But through Whitegoods, it was only £35, free shipping! Highly recommended! Thank you!”

“I contacted your company to enquire if I could still get a fridge seal for my old liebherr fridge. I was told that it was still possible and so ordered the item based on the info provided by you. I have not had heard anything since. It’s not a complaint I just would like to know what is happening”

“Prompt and polite response to enquiry. A bit disappointed that my question relating to a statement on their web site about 'a change with connection terminals' was not responded to. Product arrived OK and looks sturdy enough, not had a chance to fit it at time of writing.”

“I asked about a replacement thermostat for my gas cooker. I was very grateful for the time and effort that were given to my request. Unfortunately it seems the thermostat is obsolete now. However,full marks for the help that I received. If I need further replacements that will be my first port of call.”
