“I recently purchased a replacement cooling fan motor from you for my Electrolux oven. The service you provided was excellent. I particularly appreciated the help and advice from Kenneth Watt. The replacement motor that Kenneth recommended was a great deal cheaper than the manufacturer's part that I had intended to buy and appears to be perfectly satisfactory. Incidentally, your replies to my emails were very quick - just a few hours. I had also sent a request to Electrolux for a price on the part. I received an automated response from them but it took TWO WEEKS for them to send an actual reply, by which time I had already bought the part from you. Many thanks.”
