“Ordered a part for my swan oven said parts would fit ...paid extra for fast delivery 5 days later and parts arrived and was wrong sent an email to them to return them as they was wrong and got a simple message back we don't do parts for swan”

Not correct. We do not supply parts for the model that you have. The part you have ordered is not suitable for the model you own and it is not stated to fit that model either as, it doesn't. Had you asked in advance of ordering you would have been told this. The actual info we sent back was: "I am really sorry but unfortunately we are unable to source parts for that model, sorry as we have no info on it at all so cannot look up parts." Also, you used the economy carrier option that has a normal 2-4 working day delivery time as stated.

“I had a small problem with, what I thought was a thermostat issue with our Liebherr 'fridge temp. Was given by the helpline a remedy that did not require a new thermostat. Helpline is very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Required a door seal for a LEC fridge freezer. The lady I spoke with asked for model and serial number. I was advised that the seal was available and the price. I received the seal a few days later.”

“Didn’t send anything for weeks, after contacting finally sent out a part. A month and a half later, part arrives and was packaged in a thing paper that’s now soaked in water inside and out. The plastic piece is cracked, and on top of this it’s not even the correct part. Wants me to pay to ship it back. This site is a total scam, they pray on people who’ll just “forget about it”. DO NOT ORDER”

Well this was completely predictable. So here's what we think happened along with what we know this person really did. You ordered, based on visuals alone, a part for a Liebherr machine that we tell you on every single item not to do. Given we can't look up US models (where you are) we cannot verify if any part is or isn't correct so, you could not have checked this with us before you ordered, not possible and we'd have told you so. But, you ordered one anyway. Surprise, it's wrong. As we warn of, repeatedly! And now you want to blame us for **YOUR ERROR** and you expect us to pay for that. Ehm, no, we won't be doing that. The only one trying to scam here is you.

“Ken was extremely helpful in trying to find me a part for my very expensive de Dietrich oven which needed a new thermostat. Sadly we couldn’t source anything as the original company went bust and parts are obsolete now but he tried when others didn’t . I would certainly contact them again if I need spares for other appliances.”
