“Excellent service. Really quick response from Kenneth who even picked up my wrong digit on my product number which another company paired to notice even with the correct model no. Would definitely recommend this company to others. After weeks and weeks without a fridge seal I’m up and running again with the one from Germany. Thank you so much.”

“Ordered a front cover for my Montpelier freezer drawer to replace one that got damaged. Whitegoods were one of the few companies that could deliver within a quick time frame (I did not want to wait up to 8 weeks) and also had the item I required actually in stock. The price was very reasonable, lower than other most other suppliers, and delivery effected well before the predicted timescale. Based on my experience on this occasion, If I ever need to order other spare freezer parts again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Whitegoods.”

“Goods arrived well packed but sadly were not quite as expected so no use to me . The company were unable to ship to Guernsey unless I paid £240 so I organized this myself.”

“A light went out of our dishwasher, nothing major as it was an indicator light when the dishwasher was in use. I tried looking for the light so that i can get it replaced. Chatted to someone online and the were very knowledgeable of the product. Because of where the indicator light was located the person said unless its serious leave it there until it requires a services or maintaining by an engineer. Very prompt and gave me great advice. Would use them again.”
