“I contacted them with the part number of the freezer starter I needed: they came back, saying they needed the model # of the freezer. Given that information, they came back, saying they could get the part I needed but then said they could not send it to me in Jersey (or, it seemed, just about anywhere else outside mainland UK "because of Brexit & the EU:" busted! If they don't adapt to the post-Brexit situation, they will lose a lot of business: can they survive on just UK mainland business?”

“I was looking for a spare part for our oven and I couldn't find the exact part on the website. I contacted Kenneth and he endeavoured to source me the part from his network arebeit without success (as the part had become obsolete). I received very prompt feedback throughout and I would have no hesitation recommending Whitegoods.”

“We have a montpellier under the counter fridge freezer the logo is on the freezer door and M fell off the name so I rang to buy another letter M after a little time the representative told me I would have to buy a new door as the letters were not available ,so I went to Amazon and got one the next day in fact a packet of them for about 4 pounds i thought that a little strange”

“White goods were brilliant and patient with me. I was looking Beko parts for a hob and for days on the phone and their website could not get answers. White goods sorted me out with a few exchange emails and they sent links and I purchased the parts I required. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbours, friends and family”
