“I queried a difficult to identify door seal for Samsung w/machine. I had a very swift response, unlike a couple of other sites who never replied. Part number established, I ordered, and the seal was received later that week. I could have chosen next day delivery, but chose free delivery. Very pleased with the swift advice and service. The part seems to be good quality, although not in genuine packaging. Again, I could have chosen the option of a genuine Samsung labelled part ,from UK Whitegoods, at twice the price, but decided to take the cheaper option. I would certainly recommend this supplier.”

“I made contact with UK Whitegoods as I needed an insert to enable me to turn an oven pan (shelf) into a grill pan in my new Samsung oven. I received a detailed and sympathetic reply from Kenneth Watt advising me that many manufacturers these days do not supply items such as this for a number of possible reasons. Many thanks to Kenneth for this explanation and zero points to Samsung for providing an excellent oven with (to me) a major flaw which I should have picked up on when researching the product.”

“I wrote to enquire whether I could get a spare part for an old cooker. The response was immediate and the writer told me that the brand was obsolete , so I didn't have to waste any more time to try to repair the old cooker. Thank you very much for your advice.”

“Despite the issues that all company's seem to be experiencing regarding delivery of products White goods expedited my order very quickly and managed to deliver two weeks quicker than any other spares suppliers were prepared to guarantee to deliver.”
