Not enough that you tried the same on Trustpilot Mr A Streadman you have to have a whinge here as well. And, Paypal agreed with us on this on the dispute you raised so basically, we and they both agreed, you were in the wrong.

“Messaged via their site as was looking for an additional shelf for a new fridge. I messaged 6 companies and they were the first that came back with a helpful response rather than, a we can send you perspex to cut to size... Ordered the shelf they recommended and it is a perfect match to the other 3. Great service and shelf delivered well packaged to avoid damage.”

The following was sent timestamped 2021-09-06 09:07:42, we received no response from you. Hi Carole, Can you get me all the numbers on the rating plate please as they have changed those in production, I need that info to tell what one you'd need? Sadly like many these days that product is not supplied with a grill pan handle and one has never been available for it. This is supposedly attributed to a health and safety thing as grilling on such machines should be done only with the door closed or there is a risk of overheating the control panel, causing damage to knobs and even electrical components behind the facia. So in order to try to stop people from grilling with the door open, they do this.

No, because it is obsolete, the brand you have was owned by Moben who went bust over a decade ago and the people that made the cooker you have also went bust about the same time so there's no hope. As we explained.

As per the email that we sent earlier, we did respond timestamped 2021-09-06 09:08:32, just shy of 15 minutes after you asked with this response as Cookology is a brand we don't know there is any support for: Hi Mark, I am really sorry but unfortunately we are unable to source parts for that brand, sorry as we have no info on it at all so cannot look up parts. If you look in this section of the website, where we list info that we have on most all the UK brands we've come across you may find out the full reasons as to why or, who you may be able to get spare parts and information from: https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/about-the-appliance-industry/manufacturer-information.html ----------- So, it ain't our fault you had to buy a new oven, it's whoever owns Cookology you want to be shouting at.

“Item not received. Told there was no tracking. When challenged the non delivery, they suddenly found proof of delivery. The proof of delivery showed delivery to incorrect address, told to go randomly ask people in the block of apartments if they'd seen the envelope.”
