“My equity in Aug 2021 was for a replacement part for our Creda Tumble dryer. Unfortunately the part as been discontinued. But I must commend the quickness of response and advise from Kenneth Watt. I am pleased to say the plastic section of the switch base has been repaired/remanufactured with the use of a 3D printer and after a 1 hour test on the patio the machine is now in service.”

“I had a broken seal on an old Liebherr freezer for which an original part was not available. I wrote to Whitegoods and got a useful reply which pointed to a generic seal which did the job (though was unsurprisingly tricky to fit).”
