“I have an integrated fridge the manufacturer is out of business but UK White goods came up with the parts I required great service & a next day delivery ........ I just now have to fit them”

“Technical support first class in identifying the part I needed, let down by the atrocious feedback about delivery, no tracking number and delivery time by Hermes, old chestnut of an excuse again, due to the pandemic - 9 days delivery time”

“Thank you for your speedy reply informing me that you have unfortunately not been able to source a thermostat for my CDA fan oven. I have been trying to source this item for approximately 3 months without any success. CDA have repeatedly ignored my emails and telephone calls….absolutely diabolical customer services I have now read your article and watched your video regarding purchasing and customer service on household appliances and found it quite disturbing for consumers. I sincerely hope that more consumers read your article. Thank you Peter.”

“I required a new bottom door hinge for my Liebherr refrigerator, The appliance was just 5 years old and worked well. I failed to obtain a new hinge and the machine was scrapped. I have since purchased a new fridge. Seems to be Hobsons choice that I had to buy a new fridge because of a miserable poorly made hinge which had failed. . I failed to obtain one and the appliance had to be scrapped. I bet all the fridges are the same. Sign of the times really. Fridges are amongst the most reliable machines made and many of the first fridges ever made are still working.”

Sorry, what's any of that got to do with us... we're not Liebherr and we didn't make it, we only seel parts for them.
