“I ordered my parts over 5 weeks ago and I still haven't received them. I have forwarded an enquiry which was promptly replied to but alas no delivery so Very Poor service from your company on my first use of you. M A Cooper”

Both parts come from Italy, not held in the UK and delayed, sorry but we are powerless to affect the effects of the UK leaving the single market.

“They were helpful over email - helping me identify the correct model of my dish washer and get the right part. The part took a little longer to arrive than I would have liked (~8 days before it was shipped another 2 days to arrive) but I guess that is down to their suppliers (they cannot be expected to keep every part for every appliance in stock.”

“failed to supply and deliver the item. Blamed customs/brexit. Left me and my customer waiting for several weeks. zero service. I will never use this company again and recommend avoiding them.”

That's what we get for telling you the truth. That part is not UK stocked so, there's a wait from EU suppliers and no option, sorry but it is what it is.

“I had never used this company before so was not very sure at first but I went for it and ordered my part for my hooven door I went for the free p&p which takes a little longer and was very impressed with the servis it was easy to find part I needed on the web sight and within in a week i had my part and it fitted lovely so i really do recommend useing this company i will use again if needed thank you .”

“Asked for replacements of Fridge Freezer plastic door shelves but were told despite their company name being on the Fridge Freezer there was nothing they could do. They sent a huge long list of Fridge Freezers and told me to look for them myself. They warn about the shelves are all different but didn’t even tell me who the manufacturer was. Poor customer service.”

If you look in this section of the website, where we list info that we have on most all the UK brands we've come across you may find out the full reasons as to why or, who you may be able to get spare parts and information from: https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/about-the-appliance-industry/manufacturer-information.html ---- Surely you know or can look and see who made it for yourself.
