“I made an enquiry late evening via the website as I needed help identifying which oven seal I needed to replace on an IKEA oven which was in the flat I recently purchased. The reply arrived the next morning and I was able to place the order which arrived promptly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.”

“The engineers arrived on time and where extremely professional. Only one minor concern is that I think you should strengthen your policy on mask wearing as one engineer did not have a mask. Apart from that I am completely satisfied with the repairs which have been carried out”

“I needed a replacement fridge door seal but when I emailed my details, I recieved a fast reply stating that the part I needed was no longer available due to the age of my fridge. Was hoping they might have offered an alternative but didn't.”

“I purchased a oven element which arived not as described either by picture or sizes given. I did not see it said grill element but most other suppliers put grill /oven so thought nothing of it. On contacting white goods i was mailed several times in a most non helpful way. Stating it was non returnable. When questioned all i got was no no no. I put the case to paypal who sorted it out. The part was delivered promptly etc and looking at reviews i am sure this may be an isolated case. I do feel though more customer service needed. Sometimes as a consumer we may not see something you have written further down the screen.!!!”
