“This is a new company to me and although they were unable to provide the item I was searching for (because the manufacturer no longer provides any spare parts for my model) UK Whitegoods responded within minutes of my inquiry and explained the situation and were extremely helpful with their advice. It is very rare these days to find an organization that cares for the customer (or potential customer)!”
