“I needed a replacement water inlet valve for my washing machine but was unsure about the exact model. I emailed UK Whitegoods and Kenneth came back to me straight away and confirmed the choice of valve for my machine. This was delivered promptly and fitted perfectly. In fact, it fits better than the original. Great company to deal with and I couldn't be happier.”

“Was searching for replacement shelf fronts for my Liebherr Fridge, which is 20 years old. Having ordered the wrong ones, i contacted UK Whitegoods and they not only pointed me to the right ones, sent them very promptly, but also refunded the ones I returned - also very promptly. Excellent service from a great company. Will use again.”

“very good had a problem with part but sorted straight away have used before and recommended to people. would be nice if you could talk to someone instead of email. one thing you REALY REALY need to CHANGE is your courier they are USLESS. you are a TOP company they are the BOTTOM courier THAT IS NOT A GOOD MIX”

“I waited 8 months for the manufacturer of my oven hood to obtain the spare part so started looking around for another source. After less than 10 minutes I came across UK Whitegoods and was amazed to find it for sale. I received it two days later. Got my money back from the manufacturer.”

“The parts took 2 weeks to arrive, then they were the wrong ones, nothing like the picture or code on website. Rang number on invoice which says not in use. Emailed and got an instant response from Kenneth Watt, who asked for more info and pictures, which I sent.. I have heard anything until this email!! £60 down and no parts or communication.”

“Good advice on correct hinges and heat seals for my very old Britannia oven, very good value too. Although the top door seal did fit, it was a little narrower than the original, but the more important oven heat seal fit perfectly; hinges were not easy to fit but managed to do it myself - thank you, you saved me from buying a new oven!”

You mean the one where we explained that you can't use sizes alone or you're liable to get the wrong part? And we have this thing about finding and sending the correct parts people need, it's sorta what we do. If you could have given us the appliance details we could have helped you but, you couldn't so, we couldn't help.
