Sorry l thought you would be a good option for a spare part and l was hopeful. When l received my part it was damaged, l have emailed your selves with photo evidence and am awaiting an answer so at this time l am not in a position to give a good score, maybe in the following days this will change.

I enquired about a part for a Beko washing machine, viz. an outer frame for the door. Only the complete door assembly was available. I did manage to source the part elsewhere. A considerable saving.

very poor service. item out of stock and I only found out by sending a message a week after placing the order. Live chat does not work. Avoid

You only asked about a part, that's a special order item and not held in stock. You didn't order one from us. You did ask about it, the query was answered in 12 minutes but so far as we can see, no order was placed by you or for that part. Only one query was recieved, no others and none about it being out of stock. We think you may havbe reviewed the wrong business and would ask that you ammend accordingly.

This use to be a good service now you struggle to get a reply and have to repeat yourself a few times if you ask on any messenger service and then they will not tell you current stock levels or ESTIMATED wait times for delivery if any . Then most items are marked no refunds ect so i.e a washer door expected to be delivered in 10 days hmm no stock so you wait weeks and weeks and weeks . So good luck getting a refund

We think you have reviewed the wrong business. We do not use Messenger service. We did answer you promptly. You did not buy anything from us. So, you couldn't have been waiting at all and you wouldn't get a refund from us for something you'd not bought from us. Could we ask that you amend your review please as it's clearly incorrect?

No, we couldn't, as the part you need is obsolete with no possible alternatives, as we explained to you. Sadly we don't have a magic wand to make things appear that no longer exist, very sorry about that and we do hope you find a company that has said magic wand and can help you with that.

I ordered a water filter from whitegoods. If I had not enquired about delivery time a few days after order I would not have found that the item was not in stock and would have to wait 4/5 weeks for delivery. In my opinion I should have been informed of delay before transferring my money by PayPal. Always had excellent service from whitegoods but my last experience was not very good. Unfortunately that is a manufacturer issue that we have no control over whatsoever, until they actually make some or get them into stock we can't supply it, everyone is waiting on them.

That's because, as we explained, we cannot source parts for the appliance that you have as the manufacturer doesn't publish info on them. So if anyone's wasted your time it's them, not us. It is in our interest to be able to find parts and supply them, we don't want to do anything but that and if we can't, we are being prevented from doing so, it's not a choice we'd make.

The grill switch that is advertised for a range 110 cooker , which I made payment for . However Was not in stock and I was refunded. I had an email to say the company had not sold a switch like that in five years. Why advertise this product.

That's because people order parts as they are needed, but many thousands are not ordered on a regular basis.

Very disappointed. Website CLEARLY showed a picture of the item I wanted but they delivered a newer model and said it was no longer available. HOWVEVER, to even use the new part, we had to buy FURTHER parts to make it fit! Then got told it was our fault and we had to pay to return it ourselves. Would definitely NOT recommend at all

Oh, you mean the HUGE big notice on the part in bright red that says: +++Read These Notes+++ Which you clearly didn't!! Because if you had read them you would have known full well that you needed the extra part and that the type you wanted was obsolete, as was stated in images and the text! I don't think that anyone could have made it any clearer i advance but if you were unsure you could have asked before buying and, you didn't do that either.

Delivery expected between 11th and 20th July ... not arrived as of 23rd and no communication regarding the delay. Ordered from this company because previous parts & experience was superb ... nor sure I'll be doing so again!!!
