I ordered a water filter from whitegoods. If I had not enquired about delivery time a few days after order I would not have found that the item was not in stock and would have to wait 4/5 weeks for delivery.
In my opinion I should have been informed of delay before transferring my money by PayPal. Always had excellent service from whitegoods but my last experience was not very good. I could not recommend whitegoods to friends now
