“Very disappointed - the part that I ordered did not fit my appliance despite my entering the fridge model number when ordering. Eventually went to another supplier. Will think twice about using UK Whitegoods in future.”

It was correct for the model number we corrected, you gave us an incorrect one initially but did say you should check it.

“Paid for 1 to 3 delivery item turned up 10 days later. When rang on the Friday they said it was with courier should be with next few days didn’t get the item until the Thursday would never use these again no cooler for 10days been easier to pay the extra and went local”

We don't offer a 1-3 day delivery service as such. Unless you mean premium which is next day after dispatch. And you didn't pay for that, you paid for an economy carrier that, as we say, typically takes 2-4 working days from dispatch. That was longer than usual due to the carrier having an issue, not actually ourselves. But on that service, your part would in all probability not have been delivered in what you thought you'd paid for. But we still have no clue where you got the 1-3 days from.

“Took over 2 weeks to receive my order that I paid extra for faster delivery. There was no communication to let me know what was going on until I emailed them asking for a refund because I had to go elsewhere for my parts as I could not wait any more needing to get the washing machine back together. Very frustrating & poor service.”

We are very sorry that you faced a delivery delay of 18 days despite advertising an estimated 3-10 day delivery, including bank holidays, and that the product was damaged on arrival. “Rubbish comms. Told parts were with courier ( for 10 days !!!!!). Only whitegoodsspares works as an email....impossible to interact. NEVER AGAIN. Parts arrived after 4 weeks !!!”

That part was ordered on 25th Aprl and delivered on the 10th May as there was a delay on the shipment as we advised you almost immediately when asked. Not helped by delays caused by the bank holiday weekends.

“Part ordered 20/4/2023. Estimated delivery by 2/5/2023. Still no notification of despatch so review of Satisfactory performance is pointless. However, their price was far better than anyone else.”
