Part ordered had failed so messaged customer service explaining the issue and sent picture, was told I had a fault with the motor on my washer which I know 100% I haven't, sent video with old part back in machine to prove ok, not had any further correspondence from you regarding the issue so still not resolved, very poor.

1st the product was good and well pack so cannot complain. However it too far too long to come and coommunication was terrible unless i email to ask for update. what was meant to be 7-10 days turn into 26 days.

I had a terrible experience of ordering at your company. I had to send 2 chaser emails for updates on my order as it had been 2 weeks since i placed my order. To which I got 2 exactly (word for word) replies, advising it should be shipped from France the next week, so obviously not a true update. I then asked to cancel my order and was only notified that this had occurred when my bank informed me. I did not receive a further curtesy email advising that you would refund me. All in all, it was a terrible service and I will not be using your company again. I then ordered my part with another supplier and it was here in 4 days.

Sorry to say I’m still waiting for the spare part which was ordered on the 31st of January it is now February 19th! If you cannot supply the part then please refund my money! Thank you

If I could give a zero I would. BUYER BEWARE. According to the returns policy, if you open and try to fit a part, you will not get a refund. The part I ordered had -01 on the end of the number. The one they sent did not have the -01 on the end of the number. It did not fit. When I emailed to say they had sent the wrong part, they replied saying it was the same part, even though the website clearly lists them as two different parts. I said it didn't fit my appliance, even though the part description said it was compatible. They said that manufacturers update their parts all of the time and it wasn't their fault it didn't fit. I was left with a £50 part that didn't fit. If you look at other negative reviews you will see their replies have a theme. It is the buyer's fault. I judge a company by their attitude and ability to solve an issue when it goes wrong. Hence a score of Zero! No doubt they will reply to this review by saying it wasn't their fault.

That's because you asked for a thermostat for a model that does not have thermostats fitted so, clearly you had little clue what you were doing but that's hardly our fault now is it? But, we told you that politely and you didn't come back for any further assistance again, hardly our fault is it? So all in all you've "reviewed" the fact that we told you your machine didn't have the part you were asking for fitted to it. Or, more probably, you're annoyed that you got it wrong, you don't know what you're doing, how to diagnose the problem or how to repair it and yet somehow, you choose to blame us for that. Genius!

This is not a company I would recommend to anybody I was given a delivery date which was totally incorrect , I had chase the company to try and find out what was going on, there is no phone number to call and they were not responding to my emails, in the end I had to get in touch with PayPal to block payment for goods not delivered then finally the company responded, but even then I had a problem, one of the items sent was incorrect and I am still in dispute with them over this and again no response from the company so back I go to PayPal . Really this is no way for a company to do business.so in my view 0 out of 5

I'm being asked to review before the product has even been delivered. It's been 11 days so far, no sign of the product and poor communications. I got no notice that it was delayed (in France?) until I asked. So far it's not looking very promising for this order or any future ones.

Had ordered a part for my washing machine, was told it would be 8/10 weeks and nothing. I had to message to see where it was only to be told it was no longer available. Not good enough for the customer to have to message to see what’s happening, you as a company should have let me know sooner that it was no longer available. Would not use you again or recommend to anybody

We kinda survive selling parts, we don't want to tell you something is unavailable, it's hardly in our interest to do that. So, we didn't make the part unavailable, the manufacturer did and your ire should be directed at them, not us.

Needed an oven door seal for a Diplomat combination oven. Found the required part in your system. It stated the part was compatible with our oven however the 3 images showed different mounting arrangements. Queried this with you but received a “non-answer “-basically “don’t know and don’t have any more information “. Refused to buy from you and ordered from Interspares instead.

Terrible service, delivery dates quoted are a joke, chase them up and you will be fobed off - still blaming covid 3 years later. Paying extra for the premium delivery makes zero difference. Save yourself the frustration and buy from somewhere else.

Absolutely rubbish. No communication that my order was late, I had to keep chasing. Kept being told it wouldn't be long and the dates given kept passing. In the end I had to cancel because I was told it would be an9ther couple of weeks. Therefore instead of 3-9days delivery it would have been nearer 5weeks which is unacceptable. No explanation, no apology, they couldn't care less!

And yet, we replied and kept you updated about delays from the manufacture as we got the info for you. With the final one and others stating: "Apologies for the delay and for any inconvenience this may cause." I think you will find that constitutes an apology, the clue's right there in the text!
