“Website totally misleading and they advertise stock they can’t get. The spare part I need was available to buy online with an estimated 2-7 day delivery. The spare was listed under the manufacturers part number yet my oven wasn’t on the list of compatible models. When I queried this, I received an email saying the item wasn’t actually in stock and hey had no clue if it ever would be. When I asked why 2-7 day later were given as delivery time, there wasn’t even an apology for falsely advertising stock which might make people pay for something they can never get. Instead the false delivery times was blamed on out of date, inadequate technology and of course COVID.”

Well, you know, when the factory that makes the part closes due to the pandemic, that's kinda down to there being a pandemic. That's hardly our fault and we explained this to you at length, however given your comments it is little wonder you want to remain anonymous. But in normal times, that's the delivery window for that part but in case you didn't get the memo, we're not living in normal times. If you need it explained though, you could turn on the news.

“I ordered my item and paid postage expecting my order to be in stock. Not receiving any information about delivery, I emailed for an update. Received an email, sorry out of stock due in a couple of days. Two weeks after placing my order I emailed for a update, received email, sorry unable to obtain this part. Two weeks wasted.”

“What a helpful company. I wanted a seal for my freezer. Even though it wasn't possible to purchase one . White goods took the time to reply and let me know the seal could not be replaced. Very impressed with the service.”

“I ordered a part from you. It asked whether I’d prefer quicker delivery so I put it on 1st mail. Once I went through all the order paid etc the lead time was 2-6 days even with 1st class instead of 1-3 days! I still haven’t received the part it has been 12 or more days this is terrible service.”
