“The service and help I received was informative and my issue was dealt with swiftly, the cooker elements I was sent were economic, and has given my partners' old cooker a new lease of life -she is delighted, particularly now we are close to Christmas! The parts were virtually a direct replacement, the only thing that had to be done was to remove the old connectors on the existing wiring”

“Very good communication - Kenneth identified the correct replacement parts for the hinges on my Liebherr fridge door. It was fiddly to replace the hinges as a specialist slim TX20 screwdriver was required but I got there in the end and that's a reflection on the Liebherr spare part rather than the service provided by UK Whitegoods. Recommended.”

“I run an oven repair company, and so use these guys frequently. Resonse times to "chat" is excellent and items always delivered in a timely fashion. Where most companies seem to have forgotten what customer service means, UK Whitegoods certainly have not forgotten that the customer is an individual. Definitely recommended.”
