“Highly recommended. I accidentally broke the Dairy Tray Lid on the fridge door on our new SMEG fridge. Whitegoods we’re by far the best value and they delivered as promised and the fragile part was so well wrapped. I can’t thank them or praise them highly enough!”

“Problem was with a Smeg dishwasher that was filling with water when the machine was turned off. From YouTube it seemed that the valve on the filling pipe was faulty, even though I live in a soft water area, and the break tank ‘O’ rings could be faulty. I obtained the replacements from Whitegoods, and did the repair in about an hour, after delivery. The parts cost about £80.00, a replacement machine would have cost about £750.00. This is just the sort of news you need with Christmas a month away.”

“Needed a new belt for tumble dryer, contacted the supplier by e-Mail for assistance in finding the correct belt, received reply very quickly with a link to the actual part I required on their website. Brilliant customer service, highly recommended, tumble drier belt replaced and drier back up and working 👍👍”

“When a white goods item becomes obsolete or simply not produced anymore, I hate it when spare part suppliers put their prices up. This is when UK Whitegoods come to everyone's rescue by supplying parts that prolong the life of an old domestic appliance, and help to save the planet's resources. All this is done by a company that has a high moral ethos and is a pleasure to do business with. Well done, and continue with the great work.”

No, because they are obsolete which isn't our fault but that of the manufacturer so your review is more aimed at them, not us or our service.

“On ordering a part of the internet that stated was in stock turned out to be not the case. I placed an order on Friday 1 week in advance of when I required the part I called on Monday asking if the part was to be dispatched and would I receive it in the time allocated. The reply I got ordered to be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday then it was simply down to Hermes as to if I got it. Having had no response from you to say it had been dispatched I emailed asking why to be told you don't have an item in stock. Not the answer I wanted as you can imagine just been told lies from start (no part never going to be dispatched etc) On a positive I managed to source the part from another company and received it in time and the refund from yourselves was very prompt. I just wish I had been told the truth from the start.”

The flaw in that plan is, we do not display live stock. We show normal availability as showing live stock is not possible for what we do.
