“Excellent service. When I enquired about parts I received a fast and efficient response. I placed my order and got contacted to advise one item was not in stock. I was advised in a timely manner and asked if i wanted to cancel my order which i did not. I am waiting further update regarding my order, but sure I will be advised in due course.”

“Item supplied is faulty, threads are incomplete or damaged. They say not designed for my cooker, but identical part number and appearance to the one on my cooker. If the part I ordered is wrong, then so is the one that has fitted and worked perfectly on my cooker for the last ten years. Unlikely. They say it's not avaiable elsewhere, which is patently untrue, so I'll be getting one from their competitors. I won't touch this firm again with a ten-foot bargepole.”

Uhm, what you say is untrue, sorry. The item supplied is exactly what was ordered. The part you need is obsolete and has been for some years as we explained at length to you. And, as we stated, had you asked prior to ordering as was advised on that part's page, we'd have told you so and saved you a heap of hassle. Thousands of parts "look" the same but, they're not or they'd all be the same on the same part numbers which, they are not.

“I have been sesarching for cooker door seals for a number of years but to no avail. Then Uk white goods popped up as search suggestion. Contacted them with my requirement. A prompt reply was received with a couple of recommendations. Ordered an original item and delivered in a matter of days. Thank you Kenneth at Uk Whitegoods”

Uhm, how exactly did we lie to you Tania? You ordered a drawer for a cooker that was not correct, we refunded the order so we're a bit perplexed as to how we lied as you allege or what we did wrong?

“The part I ordered was a thermostat for a SMEG fr320 p fridge. I already had the part number, google search came up with ukwhitegoods as having it in stock. I placed the order without reading the learn more page. I thought it would just want to confirm the right part. The fridge was inspected by engineer and declared beyond repair, internal gas leak. fridge 3 years old. I asked for a refund from ukwhitegoods and was refused. I was told that the learn more page would draw my attention to it being a non returnable part. That should be declared on the opening page in my opinion. not impressed as the thermostat was in the region of £70”

As we pointed out *IT WAS CLEARLY* on the product page as a special order non-returnable part. And it told you so on the order confirmation in bright orange as well. You argued it wasn't there which was completely false. All we could do to make it more obvious was put it in flashing neon lights!
