“My enquiry was the cost of replacement freezer drawers for a Liebherr Freezer. The cost worked out to be not far short of the cost of a new freezer ! Needless to say, they were not bought. Absolute rip off, not blaming Whitegoods maybe it's what they have to pay to get the items into stock.”

“Replaced the main bearings on a Samsung Eco Bubble machine and staff very helpful, advising the correct parts and tub seal. Email reply was on a Sunday!! I ordered the parts which were shipped out first thing Monday and all fitted and working on Tuesday. Excellent videos on Youtube to show how it's repaired and managed to fix our machine without too much trouble. Very happy I tried the repair instead of having to buy a new machine. The repair cost for a washing machine engineer to replace the bearings would have been too much and not worth the risk on an old machine. Still working perfectly after about 20 washes so hopefully good for a long time. :-)”

“I have only had the AIR Fryer since last Christmas and the part is plastic but it should have lasted a lot longer than 9_10 months so this needs to be looked into to make it stronger x”

That's because what you were trying to do was not possible, unsafe, and could be potentially life-threatening. As we explained to you. So call us crazy but we felt it best not to aid your endeavors to buy something that wouldn't fit, possibly injure you or even kill you. We felt it the responsible thing to do.

“I enquired about a pump for my Miele dishwasher, the Miele engineer advised a replacement pump would cost £600 and a new machine £900 . I decided to purchase the new machine with a delivery of 6 weeks, this later changed to sometime in January! I decided to check what was available and found a Beco machine available for immediate delivery at £250 with some doubts it was ordered and to my surprise it performs beautifully, so much for German engineering.Your explanation of the restrictions on Miele parts was a great help ,thank yoy. Yeah, we couldn't supply it as it's obsolete and can't be replaced. That's why we couldn't provide it. Where we can we do provide parts, it's sorta what the business is all about.
