“Part was original and worked perfectly. Rather a shame that you would not ship to the Isle of Man, which was very frustrating, I had to have it shipped to the UK and then forwarded on, costing me a further £10 in postage.”

“I had no idea which elements were compatible with my oven. I emailed my cooker serial number and was emailed almost immediately with the recommended part and a link to take me straight to it. Brilliant service oven repaired for a mere fraction of the price for a new cooker. Thank you.”

“The part arrived well packaged. A bargain, £12.95 including postage, (Pay extra if you’re in a hurry) to replace fan element. It was straightforward to replace, my son took charge. I had to check the part number but whitegoods got back to me quickly. I will use again.”
