“I ORDERED AND RECEIVED A MOTOR FOR MY HOOVER - WHEN IT ARRIVED HERE I DIDN'T OPEN PARCEL UNTIL I WAS GETTING MOTOR FITTED BY MY MECHANIC - THERE WAS NOT DAMAGE TO BOX - HOWEVER WHEN MY MECHANIC WENT TO FIT SAID PART HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS DAMAGED - I CONTACTED UK WHITEGOODS ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM RETURN BECAUSE IT WAS NOW 2 WEEKS AFTER I HAD RECEIVED PARCEL AND THAT THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO CLAIM DAMAGES FROM COURIER - EVEN THO I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT THE COURIER DIDN'T CAUSE THE DAMAGE - THE ITEM MUST HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BEFORE IT WAS SENT TO ME - SO NOW I HAVE A NEW MOTOR FOR MY HOOVER THAT IS F##KED - I HAVE JUST SPENT £125 AND ITEM I RECEIVED IS BROKEN AND BECAUSE I NEVER OPENED THE PARCEL WHEN I RECEIVED IT UK WHITEGOODS WILL NOT TAKE ITEM BACK - SO I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE IF YOU ARE BUYING SOMETHING OFF THEM CHECK PARCEL THE MINUTE YOU GET IT WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS”

“Fabulous customer service - Kenneth Watt was the excellent and efficient customer service agent who deciphered my serial number on the oven (turns out it was a ‘pack’ number for the oven and hob combo) and found the part for me. Arrived within a few days and fits perfectly. I will use UK Whitegood again, no doubt.”

“I have no issue with the company but i'm disappointed with the product. In the last 3 years i've had to buy several sets of the door slides. They always just break after a few months. They are expensive for bits of moulded plastic so I would expect them to last longer.”
