“Great service accurate part a real lifesaver. We were looking at having to replace our aged oven and new ones wouldn’t fit the opening a knock on effect of lots of work and expense. Then scrolled and found a replacement part but wasn’t sure it was correct. My enquiry was answered promptly and part quickly delivered. I now have a working oven and it saved hundreds of £££”

“The part I purchased was delivered when they said it would be and it worked fine. It was much cheaper than the manufacturers parts and most other suppliers. I had a lot of difficulty finding the right part for my old washing machine and their help and advice was excellent. They also have a lot of very useful information on their website. I would definitely recommend them for any parts you may require.”

“Absolutely fantastic service -couldn't rate highly enough! Have to mention Kenneth Watt whose customer service was excellent. I emailed my query through late at night and received a reply early the next morning confirming the part I needed. The whole process was so efficient and we got free delivery too. The part was packaged really well and arrived in perfect condition.”

“I was looking for a replacement bearing for my washing machine and could not find it on this site so I contacted them, I got an very quick response from Kenneth Watt notifying me that my washer had a sealed unit, very disappointed but glad i got accurate information swiftly. “Excellent company. Confirmed I had identified the correct part (washing machine pump). Posted out first class and arrived on time as promised. Price was considerably better than elsewhere and nearly 50% less than the manufacturer's price despite the part being identical in every respect to the original.”

“I'm very pleased with the service I received. I needed a set of shock absorbers for my ISE10 washing machine, but there seemed to be quite a few to choose from. A quick enquiry produced the correct information based on the model number and a full set arrived 4 working days later. My machine is now back to its old self and washing as well as ever.
