“I wouldn’t normally write reviews of companies but UK Whitegoods have provided me with such amazing customer service it would be rude not to give any feedback! I needed a replacement hob top for a Smeg SE385EMTB which had received a small amount of damage on installation. After searching everywhere I found that UK Whitegoods are the only company in the UK who are able to supply them. The lead time was around 10 days as this particular hob top is supplied to order and not readily held in stock. This was quicker than the expected time stated on the website. The item was incredibly well wrapped when it arrived in order to prevent it from being damaged during delivery. Even so, due to the size and fragility of the item (and the couriers best efforts to ignore the stickers all over the box saying “Fragile”), the first hob top arrived with some damage. I reported this to the team who responded extremely quickly and were very apologetic and supplied a further hob top. In order to prevent a reoccurrence of the hob top being damaged in transit, I took a 250 mile round trip and collected the replacement in person. Overall I found UK Whitegoods, and in particular David to be incredibly helpful and welcoming when I arrived to collect the part. David’s communication via emails since placing my order has been first class. David and his colleague (whose name I cannot recall) genuinely could not do enough to help me. I will definitely use UK Whitegoods again in the future and I recommend them very highly.”

“I was looking for a new door seal for our Neff pyrolytic oven and came across UK whitegoods. These seals are expensive because of the high temperature reached when cleaning and are not the normal rubber type seal. I had some difficulty establishing which seal would fit but UK whitegoods confirmed the correct one and the price was considerably cheaper than other retailers. I received it quickly and the packaging was very effectively so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit.”

“I needed a new detergent dispenser for my Bosch dishwasher, but there are hundreds of models and it is not easy to determine which dispenser is the correct one. I sent a query to Whitegoods and they came back with the correct model very quickly (it was different, and cheaper than the one I thought it was). I opted for free postage, so it took over a week to come, (the only negative point and I could have paid for it to come more quickly). It was fiddley to fit, the door comes apart and you really need three hands, but there are some useful videos on Youtube, although not for my model the principle is the same. It now works perfectly! Well done to UK Whitegoods, I would thoroughly recommend them.”
