“I ordered a part as it was saying available after my predicted postage time I phoned to be told that it was not I stock and I then had to wait 5 more weeks and that it was to cheap in first place I still have not received part to this day awful service”

“I was after an “old” fridge thermostat. I was told by the manufacturer that it’s obsolete for years. I thought to enquire at Whitegoods, but they didn’t have one lying about either. I didn’t expect it , but you never know. Good service communication though. They tried to help , but couldn’t.. Thank you for trying, appreciated.”

“I have purchased from uk Whitegoods I think 2 times before but unfortunately this time I found that the homark cooker that I have that is a built in cooker very old the company that delt with the parts went bust over 10 yrs ago( but heat glue has worked) the handle kept falling off”
