“I have been waiting for some time to give this review as still not received my item. Ordered 27 feb 21. Have been told on many occasion that it should be in in a few days. Still waiting. With no correspondence from yourselves. I am having to email to get any information. I would have preferred your company to be clear when something it not in stock. Will wait till end of this week. Then request a refund.”

“Having ordered a rather difficult to source dishwasher PCB from Whitegoods, I was very happy with the result and price. The incredible proliferation of models (especially by Bosch!) and the propensity of people to junk appliances at the first opportunity, means that this service is credible and useful, so, from limited experience, I would certainly recommend it.”

“Took payment, stated delivery with 8 days. Six weeks later still no part, got refund. I will never use Whitegoods again and will inform my family and friends not to either.”

That is because we're in the middle of a global pandemic, it's not just the UK and the plant that makes the part you need is shut down so, if they can't make any, we can't supply any until they do make some. Pretty simple really, as we explained. And as you didn't want to wait the order was cancelled and refunded in full for you so, really no harm to you as you ain't getting that part anywhere anytime soon.

“Contacted company to find parts for my washing machine unfortunately they are unable to be replaced in the model we have but the information and help given by this company was exceptional and way above what I would have expected considering they not going to be selling me anything .the type of service we should be getting from every company but sadly not .”

“No problem with the product but delivery took over 2 weeks when it should have been 3-8 days. Only communication was when I contacted the company as they had taken payment immediately, hence the 3 stars.”
