“Ordered what I thought was the correct door seal for an Ikea oven but it was too large when it arrived. Emailed company for advice and was asked to send the model number of the oven if possible. I did this on a Sunday morning and within half an hour I was sent the details of the correct seal required along with clear instructions on how to return the incorrect seal. Refund issued without any issues, new seal fitted in minutes, great customer service, thankyou!”
