“I was struggling to source the part i needed for my washing machine door catch. I’d tried 3 or 4 other suppliers without success. Kenneth was immediately able to identify what I needed and pointed me to the part. A very good service.”

“This is the second time I have used UK Whitegoods for spare parts. On both occasions Kenneth was extremely helpful in helping me get the correct part and saved me a substantial sum of money as well. Kenneth was unbelievably quick in responding to my queries - usually within a few minutes and his knowledge was excellent in what can be a spare part minefield. I cannot thank Kenneth enough for his superb customer service - it really was above and beyond expectation.”
