“Great service the staff have excellent product knowledge which was much appreciated . The delivery was efficient and the goods were well wrapped to protect them from breakage or damage in transit . I would definitely use them again in the future .”

“we ordered a glass panel for an oven on the 19/4 & was told it could take 10 days, it arrived 14/5 which is 25 days. I told them the day before it arrived that the tenant had used the oven & now the door had fallen off, so to credit back the glass & give me a price for a new oven. Miraculously the glass arrived the following day. When I complained regarding the 25 day delivery I was told that it was all to do with the pandemic but one of your staff admitted that the carrier had messed up. In short your service is appalling & a shame I couldn't rate it minus. This will not end here.”

it's a pity we can't rate some customers either, you were told that was estimated, not cast in tablets of stone as it was a special order item, look at the order it tells you this. And you're hacked off as your tenant continued to use the oven in an unsafe condition wrecking it.

An oven seal, that doesn't or shouldn't move once fitted, snaps after a few weeks, by magic! Or, you broke it. We wonder, what's the most likely explanation?

“Purchased an oven bulb and paid for speedy courier delivery, thought it quicker than free 2nd class mail. It took 2 weeks to arrive and emails to them they never bothered to reply to, good job bulb worked who knows how long an exchange would have taken!”

“I made an enquiry asking how I can remove and replace the seals on my Bosch fridge freezer. UK Whitegoods reply was prompt, frank and fits my thoughts that the seals are NOT replaceable. I was very impressed by UK Whitegoods. They didn't try to sell me something from their stock of universal fridge gaskets. Regards, London Bob.”

“From making an enquiry about cooker hood replacement parts, the Whitegoods customer service team went out of their way to help me order the right items. When one of the parts was delivered slightly damaged, I contacted whitegoods again and they immediately replaced the item. They were excellent.”

“UK whitegoods delivered a well priced replacement door catch lever part when several other parts providers were sending out poor copies. other suppliers were advertising 'the genuine item with photographs of the original item' and sending out poorly moulded copy items. UK whitegoods provided an honest replica advertisement and sent a well manufactured part. Their staff are willing to go the extra mile on customer service, highly recommended.”
