“I wasn't sure of the correct replacement element for a whirlpool oven as the part was listed as obsolete with some very expensive alternatives on offer, Whitegoods confirmed the correct part (on a Saturday!) at a reasonable price. Excellent service.”

“I was just looking for a part of some random dishwasher and asked if the part would fit mine. The answer I got back was baffling, never in my live had I such a comprehensive and clear write up containing explanations, tips, places to look, etc etc. I was literally disappointed we went for a new machine instead, figuring the effort they went through. 5 stars does not cover it, this type of customer service is only fantasized about in the most nostalgic of grandfather stories about them good old days.”

“I had been trying to find one small plastic part for my Dyson DC14 Vacuum Cleaner.After contacting not only Dyson,but every other supplier of parts,my attempts proved to be unsuccessful.Now what I feared has happened, I have given up the search although I was reluctant to do so, because I cannot stand this "throw-away"society we live in.The machine was working perfectly well otherwise. I have vented my frustration to Dyson,but that will not improve things. I doubt that I will ever buy another Dyson product,so their loss.”
