“Ordered a cooker element which took longer than expected to arrive, after opening package the item was damaged. (Disapointed) Contacted customer service, reply was quick and problem sorted without bother, replacement arrived a few days later. Happy days.”

“Best price online for the parts I needed, with reasonable P+P. A bit of a delay due to covid, but the parts arrived and were fitted in minutes. N.B. Due to their system, you have to make an account to be able to track your order.”

“We needed a new bottle shelf holder for our 13 year old Liebherr fridge. Could not find the correct part on any website, including Liebherr. E mailed UK Whitegoods, had an almost immediate response, ordered it and it fitted perfectly. Will always use them in the future.”

“It was easy to track down the correct cooker parts from the website and place an order. Delivery took a while and came in two separate packages. There was a slight query on our dispatch notices but an email to your offices resolved the matter very quickly and efficiently. I would order again.”

“Whitegoods has an excellent customer service its just a pity that the manufacturers of these parts make them completely from plastics. I know thats a repeat return thing and there to make money but of some of these parts were made with steel or something a but stronger than flimsy plastic then customers would be even happier. Think of the environment and the planet and make things to last at ease the life of the main product”
