Poor communication from Shiply that leaves the customer thinking they have communicated there needs with courier, but the emails are deleted the emails sometimes take over a day and longer to get to service provider overall and this is not the first experience. Needs a lot of tweaking to rectify the issues. Regards David

Pick up & delivery were as scheduled, however item was left with a third party close by with no notice of this being left at the intended address. It was therefore left to me to investigate the missing item. I was expecting a more secure delivery as item was expensive.

It was ok wevsite a gd idea. But once u accept you cant talk to the person again until the details have been exchanged which i found very fustrating as i could not get hold of the person. But all worked out dont knw if i will use again. Time will tell

Loved the ease and simplicity of the website. Pity about being hassled almost daily to leave a comment when my goods had not been picked up & delivered yet!!!

Not happy that Shiply removed my HONEST negative feedback. It was left to warn other users that the company was a waste of time and dishonest ! Also it took Shiply over 24 hours to respond to my complaint.

overall good service, sometimes you couriers offering you high prices but sometimes you can get some really good offers. i like the site and use it all the time. thank you shiply for providing this service

Shiply charges too much commission. 25 percent commission on transporters quote is way beyond industry norms. On top of that every transporter we dealt with gave us some sort of grief. One transporter literally hit our car when delivery. Other driver took 2 weeks to deliver as he had no return load to carry!! Loads of dodgy transporter with suspicious backgrounds. A CRB check should be compulsory before doing deliveries for joe public!!

honest - I forgot I'd paid online and driver declined my second payment. But only use if you are not in a hurry. Most shiply carriers collect within a few days. This took 2 weeks.

I wrote my correct address giving town/city as Exeter but it kept coming up as Devon for city and Devon for county and I could not change it. Also had trouble trying to pay deposit. Clicked on Accept Offer the first time, kept returning to original 4 quotes, phoned Shipley (took long time to answer but pleasant response) was told to click Accept Offer by firm I had chosen (which of course I had already done), but also found out that had to click Accept Offer yet again when further request to Accept Offer appeared.................. Whole process took a long time. Getting in touch with Shipley, speed offers appeared was good.

The first courier I used took my payment and disappeared! Shiply only refunded the initial £12 deposit, so I lost £45. When I reported the matter, they provided no help to me in getting my money back (i.e. they did not provide me with contact address detail of the rogue courier). I cannot sue the rogue courier without contact details. The second courier was excellent and did what he promised but due to my first experience (of a courier with over 100 feedback), I am very wary of using Shiply.

The costs for normal collection and deliveries on Shiply are beginning to rise to the level of pallet haulage. It follows that if it fits on a pallet it is worth considering that option.

Good Service the driver did turn up a little early on a Sunday morning. Luckily I am an early riser. Most people would not want deliveries at 7-30 am. As luck would have it I didn't mind.
