Have been trying to get help from the customer service team for 3 days now - and not any luck. The phone must be off the hook as its been busy for 2 days straight and the email help desk says they aim to respond within 6hrs. Theres a chat??? Where? As I havent been able to pay for the service I cant actually review it. Bloody joke.

GOT SCAMMED BY SCRIBBLE . But have emails customer service to get my deposit back 2 times I’ve tried to get a response from Shiply and nothing paid a good deposit and bank payment to scribble just to be ripped of by both now as no response no refund I thought this would be another good delivery and it’s lucky I found someone to collected car for me and this isn’t helped me give faith in Shiply again

So far nothing other then I have filled out a form and gave a health deposit. No communication about when my golf cart will be picked up and delivered. When my cart is delivered I will give a response to the survey.

Yo hice un anticipo por error. Al final no contraté el transporte porque yo quería un camión y el presupuesto que acepte era de un chófer puerta a puerta. Al final la empresa que me vendió la furgoneta me la ha enviado de Alemania a España. Y Shiply no me quiere devolver el dinero. Quiere pruebas de que la furgoneta sigue en Alemania. Si yo estoy en España. Se nota que la que esta en Supppror no habla español porque no me.entiende nada. Y no se a quien acudir ya para que me devuelvan el anticipo de 385 euros que pague

Added my details to the site, was sent quotes and accepted one thinking that Shiply was a safe space to find what you need! All I found was a scam artist from scribble who I paid £264 to as well as the deposit to Shiply. No contact from Scribble, money is gone. Surly Shiply have a duty of care to their customers to ensure the companies they allow to respond to ads placed are legitimate! I was refunded my deposit, but still out of pocket by £264!! Shocking!

scribble logistics is a joke and defrauded me for £500 . took the job on knowing they had no intension of doing the job , they also took on another job , (chap with a mini ) the same time as mine and did not do his job either . no pick up and no communication about it either, shiply customer services are non existent and waited all day for them to contact me . i dont suppose i will get my deposit back as well ; relisted the job and scribble logistics had the cheek to put another bid in .shiply need to clean their act up and get rid of dodgy carriers

Paid 50% which was £174 and now been told he has been suspended by Shiply! No contact car stranded! Scam Scam Scam ! DO NOT USE!

Very poor customer service, tried calling them over 30 times in 24hrs, no reply, the company they passed me onto have scammed 2 people in the past 3 days and i feel i have been scammed as the collection company will not pick up the phone either. I have emailed Shiply complaints and no response. Shiply do not care once they have passed you over and wash there hands of you smiling all the way to the bank.

I accepted a quote from a transport provider on shiply and paid them a £28 deposit, the transport provider turned out to be a scammer, asking me for money up front. after researching him and finding out that it was in fact a scam and that he was a con man doing this multiple times I contacted shiply and asked for my deposit back. I have had no response from them and no deposit back (which was paid directly to shiply)

Outright terrible, two illegal immigrants in a van delivered my merchandise in the middle of the night and gave me no notice after waiting a week. Also Shiply only has email support that is very slow, they really don't care they get there commission and farm it out.

I was returning a chair. I was quoted £60, I paid £30 and the other £30 was waiting at drop off point. The store owner was late for drop off so the delivery driver took off with my chair and refused to give it back until I paid £130 plus £5 a day for it being on his van, I had just lost my mam days before and this man treated me in a dreadful way. He told me that the furniture was going in the tip within the week if I didn’t pay. I sent my son to get the chair. The driver stuffed it in my son’s car breaking the back foot in the process. The shop owner quickly blocked me, it’s been a dreadful experience for me. I will never use shiply again. No customer service help and no contactable phone lines.

I booked a delivery with Shipley with a firm called Quick-Delivery. They quoted me a. price which I accepted but it ended up that they just passed it on to TNT who charged me another Euro200 to process the delivery in Portugal. I want to give a poor review to Quick Delivery but cannot see how to do this - the Shiply website does not let me give feedback. I am furious that I ended up paying twice - this is not Shiply's fault but maybe they should highlight when a firm passes it on to another firm and there are extra fees.

🖐🤬❌❗️❗️❗️USE AT YOUR OWN RISK THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING. THEY WILL NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT EVEN IF THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE. The company contacted me with a dishonest carrier who, through them, extorted money from me for a transport that he did not provide. SHIPLI collected the deposit despite the failure to provide the service and does not want to return it.

Failed to pickup vehicle. Dodged our contact and phone calls. When we finally tracked down the owner, told us to contact Shiply to get our deposit back.

I decided to use Shiply based on the positive reviews. A few points from my experience: - Their customer service is non existent, if you have any issues or questions, try calling their customer service number, it will be permanently engaged and you will never get to speak to anyone. For email queries, you fill out a contact form, you will be lucky to get a response after 8 days Keep that in mind before you decide to use Shiply. - My experience was terrible. We chose a highly rated company via Shiply and booked our collection. We paid extra for the insurance for peace of mind. During transit the drivers damaged my items which meant as an eBay return, it was no longer being refunded and I was being told I would not receive my £519.99. - The courier company opened a case for my complaint and then concluded it was my fault as the packaging was not to standard, even though the item arrived to me in the same packaging with no damage and the packaging is industry standard. They refused to process my claim further and told me it was my fault. - I then filed an insurance claim via the extra insurance I took out with Shiply directly, it has been nearly 10 days, no response from Shiply despite 3 email follow ups I would never recommend Shiply or their associated courier partners, once you have paid, they do not care about you and any insurance claims you make, they will not honor it and not come back to you. I will now be referring them to the small claims court and insurance ombudsman You have been warned. Try calling their customer service if you don't believe me.
