Still not had reply to my 2 emails about Sribble. They are a scam company. This website says deposit will be returned. Mine hasn't been even though I've received no service

Still waiting for delivery they have had my item for 8 days and still no delivery date only excuses terrible company would never recommend or use again

Awful, I told them the auction had a small window for pick up, they changed collection 3 times, with the third time being after the warehouse was shut, how ridiculous, theI said its shut at that time, so we will have to cancel. they wrote 'thank you' in reponse, complete waste of time don' t bother

This was not a good service FL special services screwed over on money, time and a damaged trailer. Shiply should have better control of the businesses that offer services on this site. DO NOT use FL special services they are liars and thieves.

Suddenly when all has been agreed a company asks for an extre £40 just for nothing. Shipley won't even allow me to message the company to tell them what time wasting idiots they are!!! This is a very difficult and time wasting service because it is far from user friendly and you could end up seriously burned if you don't make it clear what you want and read the sly things the company send back to you with ZERO help from Shipley to iron out difficulties or make this user friendly. I driver myself in the end because it was way cheaper, quicker, honest and less hassle.

Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, a change of address, or other things that are stated in their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. If this happens, you have the option not to proceed. Shipley interfered when I reached out for advice because my carrier declared he had no back load. Shipley cancelled the deposit thus 'allowing' carrier to cancel leaving me two days to find new carrier at additional cost of £190. This was how Shipley tried to help. Why do they not offer insurance for cancellations?

I wired them $15,000 to purchase a van 5 weeks ago. No van. They claim their bank has messed up. If that is true, they have done nothing to help fix it. I can't get any response from these guys. They don't respond to my emails. They don't answer their phone. I've never got to speak to a person. And the statement that they will get back with you in 24 hours is a lie. They haven't responded to me in 3 weeks. It looks like a scam.

It wouldn’t let me put in the postcode. It pretended I was just requesting quotes not placing an advertisement. Then it suddenly declined all my offers of transportation while I was in the middle of making arrangements. It would be nice if there was space to add notes or info in the advertisement, now that I know it’s an ad!!

Stay away from this company. Their shipping company cancelled my order after a week and Shipley taking my deposit. It is impossible to reach anyone for a refund. Back to Montway for me. This is a horrible company.

Claim they run background checks and verify carrier insurance but this is not the case. My car was wrecked and the carriers insurance will not cover the claim so I’m out $15,000. Shiply turned my dream car into a complete nightmare. They won’t even refund my $384 deposit and I’m forced to get a lawyer to recoup some of my $15k.

I would give no starts if that was an option. The service we pay for ($280 was my cost for a $1200 load) I am left wondering what exactly it is they offer for that. I get a finders fee etc. but they are completely useless in helping the consumer get resolution for a shipment not handled properly. I will not recommend them.

WARNING!!! One month on from my original booking for car transportation, the transporter disappeared, without carrying out the transportation. I had paid the full amount of the transportation and no money has been refunded. Shiply have not responded in any way thereby supporting the perpetration of this SCAM. Do not use Shiply unless you too wish to lose your money.

Gary 83 the courier (currently suspended) damaged some furniture, did not deliver others. Shiply contacted, don’t want to know, totally ignored my request for help. In addition Shiply provides POSITIVE 5 star reviews to encourage custom as they take a commission. Do not believe they have any intention of helping you when things go wrong. I even addressed my complaint to the 2 directors!! Trading Standards involved via Citizens Advice. Almost £1000 in damages and stolen items with no protection whatsoever. Second stage via citizens advice next. Buyer Beware. Shiply take the money and run!! Go elsewhere.

The removal van turned up 2.5 hours late. The van we paid for had farm machinery in the back so we had to put all of our furniture in the van with farm machinery. We had to lift all of our furniture over the farm machinery to get it packed in the van. The driver was fine and very apologetic but it was the person who had sent the van late and with other items in the van who I blame. The driver had been on another job first before coming to ours. We were promised the van would be at ours at 10 am. After several phone calls to find out what was happening it turned up at 12.30pm. We were not at all happy.

Sofa delivered in a disgusting state with heavy dark marks and dark hand prints on all areas. The delivery driver explained he had collected it from their holding warehouse where it had been held overnight following collection the day before. He advised he would action a complaint about the condition in which he found the sofa on his collection from the warehouse. I am still waiting for Goodfellas to acknowledge both his complaint and mine. I have called several times and received no acknowledgment. Disgraceful!

Catalina27 The worst, cancelled my transport one day before pick. Ruined my family vacation because I now need to drive to Ohio myself instead of enjoying time in Rapid City where i was waiting for my new trailer to be delivered.

You delivered a classic beetle for me, the buyer sorted all transport out with yourselves. At some point between being loaded in Doncaster and arriving in Bridgwater, the handbrake was broke. The button was hanging out on the spring! You told the buyer that I must of known and decieved him, the problem you have is that only 2 days previously the buyer drove the beetle in an extensive test drive. You also told him that it was a 60 year old car falling apart, the only thing that was 60 years ild was the shell, it had an full body off restoration by a reputable car builder. Also that I said the door hinge was worn, I said no such thing, it was a sprained hinge. I don't like to see people slagging me off. Own up to your mistakes, the handbrake was on when we loaded it and broke when delivered. Not happy.
