FRAUD , STAY AWAY. ONE STAR TO TOO MUCH. NO ONE TURNS UP, THEY KEEP TRYING TO GET MONEY OFF YOU, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, NO REPLY ON EMAIL, VOICEMAIL OR MESSAGES. IM SURE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE THERE MATES. THEATENED MY PARTNER SOMEONE WILL COME TO OUR HOUSE IF WE DONT PAY??? STAY AWAY AND JUST POST IT THROUGH THE POST OFFICE, SAFE WAY AND NO HASSLE. THE BUYER SORTED THIS OUT, NOT EVEN US ? I WILL BE CALLING THE POLICE.

As already reported below a scammer has got away with a considerable amount of money using the Shiply web site. The transport company feedback was 100% and a member since 2015 so seemed to be entirely trustworthy. Over the past 2 days their feedback has dropped to 5.9% with currently 15 others reporting having been scammed. Baring in mind that you can't leave feedback if the job is cancelled - we lost £250 and can't leave feedback - I suspect the actual number of customers scammed will be much higher. Shiply do not seem to be offering any help or apology regarding these incidents so please be very wary - you cannot just rely on trusting the statistics on their site. I would suggest all those scammed try to get together to raise an action - but I don't know how to communicate with others at present.

Paid a deposit for car delivery through Shiply, the shipper then stopped communicating and whereabouts of car unknown. Shiply have not even given me the courtesy of a phone call regarding the matter, or offered any explanation of next steps. Horrible experience and Shiply do not seem to care. Avoid at all costs.

I would rather give no stars but had to press 1, The company that was ment to be collecting and dropping off sofas on the morning they were doing it i chased them up for a time they had booked the wrong date, So it was either lose my deposit on the item or pay out to hire a van myself to collect the items, So that s what i did, I am still waiting fir my deposit back from Simply nearly 2 weeks waiting

I too have been scammed with full payment made for car transportation. As soon as money was paid to both Shiply and the car transporter, the transporter would appear to have disappeared. It remains to be seen what Shiply will do.

SCAMMED Like others on this platform. Don't worry SHIPLY have to support us, they've put these criminals on here! Oh no they won't help us at all. Press/Police/Social Media all will be used to warn people against using this site/service. Shocking

Very dissatisfied with the service I got passed through three different transporters after excepting one quote when it came time for delivery nobody responded to my text my voicemails or my emails. I will be filing a report on the Better Business Bureau and I also reported this to Matson shipping is very unfortunate are used. Do you want to before and had no problems a nightmare for myself and for the third-party Lawler I was forced to complete this transaction, even though they were not the original agency that created the quote

The company’s contacting me were not very observant about the shipment details and I had 3 offers below 500$ then they shot up to over $1000

I was very clear that my shipment was quantity 2 dressers and that they were on the second floor and would require 2 people to move them. A single person showed up and had the nerve to ask the seller to help move them down the stairs. Needless to say, he was sent on his way.

I tried for a whole week to get conformation on the pick up of my load in case grade arizona. No one would return calls text or emails. I got scammed out of my deposit. 633.00. I had to hier another trucking company to get my load shipped. I am very mad about getting scammed...this unit over yet!!!

Poor customer care He cancelled the transaction just because ebay didn't include the item numbers on the ebay description He called with a bad tone and hung up before resolving this Unprofessional shiply guy

Shiply supports fraudulent companies on Platform. Bought 6 chairs in February, never delivered. Shiply make a profit out of this too. No help at all to retrieve my property. Very angry customer

Hired a company to transport a brand new RV from CA to Seattle. They hit the RV on both ends during transport. Broker will not take responsibility, driver has no insurance. Calling DOT on this. Be careful who you hire here. Very sketchy.

all booked. Paid 70 deposit. Got message in response to my texting them saying the transport firm dont know anything about the job. They said their account has been hacked. So Utter rubbish. No immediate support either. 0 out of 10 for this service.
