Poor communication and they leave you high and dry. They do not offer refunds after 90 days, even if you book four months in advance and your shipment ends up being abandoned by the shipper, when it's time for pickup. There is no phone number for you to call and speak with someone. You can only communicate with them by email and it takes days to get a response sometimes. They only offer a credit of up to two years for your deposit, to go towards another booking if you want your car shipped. They are are not customer focused at all. I understand everyone has to make money, but even with me having to fly back to California to pick up my own car and drive it to Georgia, because I couldn't afford to keep spending money on a rental car, while I waited for my car to be picked up and shipped, all they could offer was an apology and a credit. I'm very disappointed with Shiply. Even the shipper refunded me my deposit, but not shiply. I do not recommend and I will not use shiply in the future, if I ever need my vehicle shipped.

They are fraud. They are liar. No customer service. No team working for customers. The numbers given are unreachable. My valuable stuff is not delivered and untraceable. I am going to report police.

Avant Auto Broker is a Scam!!!! $12,000 gone and no car!!!!!!!! They look legit with their escrow but once it’s transferred they take the money and run!!!!

Booked collection and delivery for this morning 10-12. No van arrived despite repeated phone calls. Eventually they said van would be there 2-3pm. Never arrived. We were then sent a picture of a van being loaded onto tow truck. Generic picture. They obviously didn’t ever intend making collection. I have asked for my money. Obviously they have not responded! New people moving into property on Monday that still contains our furniture. Terrible service. Do not use.

Do not use this company! They send low bids under this name. But all info comes from a different company. Then after you pay the deposit, they won't pick up on the day you want or need. If they agree to pick on they day you need, they will charge $500-$1000 more than the original quote. You can't even cancel, because you are ne er sent a link to cancel. You will be out your deposit. Stay away!!!!

Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, a change of address, or other things that are stated in their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. If this happens, you have the option not to proceed. Caravan never collected. The company Scribble was obviously a scam. Shipley say they will return deposits if there is an issue but I've heard nothing from them. Phone never answered, emails never replied to. I'm very disappointed and don't believe any of these positive posts

Courier damaged an item I sent. Unable to contact courier using phone, email or the chat. Raised issue with shiply but 2 days later I’ve had no response. No confidence in them now at all.

Don’t use this company if you’re transporting an expensive bike, turned up in a furniture removal van. NO floor tie down points the loadings ramp was not adequate but fortunately I had my own. They didn’t know where they were doing and one didn’t speak English. An absolute joke so avoid at all costs and use a more professional company.

PLEASE AVOID. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. IF I COULD RATE LOWER I WOULD. POLICE WERE INVOLVED... I blame Shiply for allowing Clowns on the platform.

Really disappointed, despite telling driver the make and model off the car he asked me to pay a reservation , only to later send a message , omg very low ,when he eventually messaged me ,he sent me a contact number for a lady who had no idea who he was,when I eventually Spoke to him no apology simply said contact Shipley I can't do it , not a nice experience and I wouldn't recommend this company. The chap I later used to collect the car said its part off the job we collect sports cars all the time he obviously just couldn't be bothered .

The quote accepted by us was a scam company Scribble. Shiply wouldn't answer my emails complaining and didn't return my deposit. Very disappointed. Wouldn't ever risk using Shiply again

Te dicen que si pueden llevar el vehículo en fecha y cuando pagas la reserva, después te argumentan que no, que tienen rutas fijas pero eso sí, ya han cobrado. Fui yo en persona por el vehículo y no me devolvieron la reserva. Me siento estafado y engañado

This is from the side of the company who had a customer book Good Fellas. This took over 7 days too complete and many messages explaining our opening times. The reason being is that it's not a human replying to you but a bot. So I'm sorry but if any of our customers book these I'm afraid we will not be dealing with them.

I got a quote from Scribble via Shiply. I paid deposit and 50% of transport costs as requested then I never heard from them again. It was a complete scam and Shiply didn't care. No replies to my messages. Disgraceful

Shiply have taken my money but haven’t booked the courier and haven’t responded to my messages for the last four days. A very frustrating company to deal with.

They block any response to possible shippers that are asking for dimensions and weight....they think I am giving outside contact info.....It has been over 2 weeks and not any valid quotes....don't waste time with them

After going through all the details, collection address, delivery address and bank details nothing happened. Tried email, that didn't work, tried ringing, phone always engaged Had to change all my bank details because the deposit request was a scam

Have been trying to get help from the customer service team for 3 days now - and not any luck. The phone must be off the hook as its been busy for 2 days straight and the email help desk says they aim to respond within 6hrs. Theres a chat??? Where? As I havent been able to pay for the service I cant actually review it. Bloody joke.

GOT SCAMMED BY SCRIBBLE . But have emails customer service to get my deposit back 2 times I’ve tried to get a response from Shiply and nothing paid a good deposit and bank payment to scribble just to be ripped of by both now as no response no refund I thought this would be another good delivery and it’s lucky I found someone to collected car for me and this isn’t helped me give faith in Shiply again
