I was a bit worried at first as the courier does not give a mobile phone number and they do not answer their landline phone. They did however respond via email and did collect and deliver the item in the time stated. The item was delivered in good order.

Overall a good idea but difficult to contact when problems or questions arise and not very prompt in replying.

The idea is good, but i was scammed by CASTLE.LOGISTICS who took my money upfront and never collected my order twice, never communicated, to my money and didn't refund it.. I had to use someone else in the end.. CASTLE. LOGISTICS SCAM people out of money watch out for him, hopefully the bad ones get highlighted enough to be kicked out of Shiply. AVOID CASTLE>LOGISTICS quotes, bad bad bad for business.. READ QUOTERS REVIEWS FIRST !!!

The delivery went as planned, and was normal in every way. Two men showed up, which helps when delivering a big table. The table was collected on time, loaded into a carpet lined van and delivered, again on time. Which is actually a miracle these days.

I am happy that I got the job done in time but It was very unhappy when the van driver told me that out of 313 , shiply.com charged me above 80 pounds for the delivery.

Good but one big problem; when receiving replies from potential carriers, unless they stated who they were, there was no way of knowing who it was from!

Company was reasonably prompt with collection, they however experienced difficulty in being able to process my address I was asked several times To provide my address which I did and still the delivery driver needed to call me to get my address this i found somewhat bizarre... but job done... would i use this company again probably not. My Previous experience with using Shipley always have been good...

Good service, but unimpressed at how much Shiply take per job - can be over 30% of total delivery price. That's just greedy. And they were of no help when I had a problem with one of the couriers I used via their site. Will avoid using unless necessary.

Competitive quote and relatively quick service but sofa arrived a day earlier than expected and my husband was just lucky to be in. Some minor scuffing to leather. Overall pleased due to price.

Most shipments have been successful. But as with every service, there are a few drivers who let you down. But I'm happy with their service over all

There are some charlatans using shiply who tell serial lies and it is impossible to distinguish them from the good guys. I was shafted twice by companies who lied about vans breaking down or being in collisions. The fact that you cannot warn others if the shipment was not made is a serious flaw because it allows these conmen to continue. I am currently awaiting a refund for a twice aborted pick-up and if I do not receive it I will be contacting the police.

The only problem with shipley is you cant talk to the courrier directley before committing to be able to check time scales
