“Good service job was done as promised and very quick only thing they need to sort out is they keeped geting messages to pay remaining balance even that I done it straight away”

“You can't request a delivery on a particular day. Sometimes you need to book in advance, not when it suits the courier but when it suits the sender.”

“I was prevented from reviewing a very poor service provider because after I complained to shiply they judged in my favor but closed the case. He failed to turn up, and did not respond to my messages all day, nor the next day, but for some reason I cannot review him. This just means others may experience the same difficulties.”

“the first quote I paid deposit on never got in touch so had to phone Shiply they credited my account which meant I still had to use them through no fault of my own. Second company I booked with took 2 weeks to deliver”

“It would be good if there was a place to write comments before posting the job e.g. "no assistance will be available at either end" or "pick up at weekends only" to avoid having to email each person quoting to make sure their quote still stands”

“This was my first experience of using this service. First of all it all seemed great with the website delivering everything you need and quotes quickly came through. I accepted the cheapest one with the best reviews. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of trying to get the guy to deliver the item I decided to drive the 7 hour around trip myself. Before I did this I tried to phone Shiply and for the two days I tried to phone it just kept saying the support line was down. Felt very alone and the whole process now seems very risky.”

“Although I have always been generally satisfied with all the deliveries Iv'e arranged through the site and for a fair price I feel that the site could be better laid out, this is especially around the messages which you have to check each time you log in to see if anyone has sent one. It would be much easier if there was a symbol to identify a message waiting everytime you review your quotes page.”

“Rather querky to use once a quote had been received - when I tried to view quote then accept I was directed to a page to register as a company. Process of accepting a quote & giving a review needs to be more straightforward. Otherwise a useful service provider”
