Shiply takes quite a large chunk of the total fees of the courier, should be a lower percentage. Also takes a long time to get through to customer services. However, good system and i always get a courier.

Needed to change the delivery address but was unable to do when asked to accept the job. I had to email the courier direct to make the change. Very easy to set this up in your website program. Apart from that small disappointment, everything worked well.

Would have liked more communication re collection and delivery times. Had to email a few times before I received an answer. Given details that seller could not be around on Thurs for delivery but they texted her to ask if they could collect on Thursday! I was text on Friday am to say they would deliver that afternoon so I had to arrange for someone to be in. I asked for a rough time but they did not reply. What if I had not been able to arrange for someone to be around?? They arrived at 6.55 pm. The delivery guys were very pleasant and helpful and said that they still had 2/3 deliveries to do before driving back to Birmingham. I dont think I would be happy to get a delivery any later than I did. Think it would be nice to be given a delivery slot time and they could ring if they were held up. All in all though they were efficient but would like a bit more communication and not be told on the day that they will be delivering that same afternoon.

Good service until things go wrong. They take 35 mins to answer the phone and then the only intervention they will do with a bad courier is ask them to call you as a customer - I'd expect them to excert more customer standards on their partners as it is the Shiply brand that suffers.

I find your website a bit glitchy on the iPhone, i sent a message to someone who'd quoted me a few times as there was nothing to indicate it had sent, also crashed a few times. On the whole good though

1st booking was a joke, booked for midday collection and same day delivery, didnt answer phones on day and Shiply only relisted the request. Thought they could have contacted the delivery company and done a bit more. Second delivery company were excellent, on time and delivered without problems,.

I don't think the new layout is an improvement. It is more time consuming to go to my shiply, then my messages just to check if a courier has asked a question or has responded. I have selected that emails are sent to me to notify me of activity but I don't receive them. Also you can no longer request bids from a particular courier.

Nice lad. But after he'd collected the desk I'd purchased on ebay he stopped replying to my emails and subsequent phone calls re an agreed delivery date. Heard 8 days later and agreef delicery today. Desk looks like been looked after whilst in transit and as I said he's a really nice lad.

Not the best. Cancelled on me on the day of delivery. Didn't think it necessary to phone me or the seller to say he was running late. Eventually delivered late at night the next day after another delay. Overall not too bad considering the price.

The quote was good and communication was good up until I went ahead with booking the pick up/ delivery. I paid the deposit and balance within the requested time scale and then could not get through to the courier by phone or email, for a day and needed to confirm pick up and delivery times for the next day. I finally got a call from the courier mid morning on the day of pick to tell me that he would pick up within 40 minutes. I then had to contact the person who was due to be at the pick up location and tell them they had to be there within 40 minutes. The driver told me that she was late and that he was about to leave when she arrived, I can understand his frustration as he had a long day ahead of him but had the pick up time, been agreed from at least the day before, he would not have had to wait as everyone involved would have known what was planned for the day. Other than the lack of communication the day before collection I would say it was a good service.

Could be a day or two quicker but overall no issues. Kept me updated regularly. Item delivered in perfect condition.
