My last job was done well, fast and I am very happy about that ...but atm waiting for a washing machine picked up in London last week according to the woman who sold the machine ...but no contact from courier , (all paid up front even !!) they do not pick up phone , job accepted more than 4 werks ago now !!! ...not happy at all for that ....so what do I rate ...medium due u get brill ones and really bad ones ...Shipley should kick the bad ones out asap !

The gays increase prise after I accsep the quote ... Delivery take one weak more the promise...my items was delivered in good condition ... Thanks for that

Very Useful to have an alternative to standard delivery options. Our delivery was made safe and sound, although it was later than expected.

The last courier i used through shiply was really bad, i should have read more of his reviews, it took over teo weeks to get my suite do t know where theyd been stored meanwhile, but it was damp even wet in places and grubby, he demeanwd the fact i bought a second hand suite abd was not interested, just demanded payment before id even got my goods and give a delivery time until i had, something whicj gad come up on other reviews about him, i thought maybe some others were a bit grumpy... But no they were right! I picked him from recommendation from your site????

Slightly confusing navigation. My bid that was current wasn't put in the 'active' box ?!?? Good product/service but very average website.

no matter how many times i try and tell shipoly over the phone...they dismiss me as a nutter. Their website has viewing and interaction problems in certain browsers. I use Chrome and for mort of the time I cannot 'log on' |I have to find an old email from shiply and get into my account this way. there is def a prob with aceess and there are lots o gremlins in the access software. It's surprising I manage to book a van from time to time but I do...the drivers seem to be togther

Generally I have found Shiply to be good. However I have found that when things go wrong - I had an urgent delivery from Dorset to south of France 2 or 3 years ago which went pear shaped - Shipley don't really want to know. I agreed a pretty substantial fee with a carrier, paid the deposit to Shipley only for the carrier to disappear off the face of the earth 3 days before delivery had been agreed. I then had to shell out a substantially larger amount to another carrier to get it delivered. The original carrier never got back to me and Shipley didn't want to know.

Driven by great price offer booked for house move. The van is without the ramp so everything had to be lifted high up and help was required. Nice, reasonably priced service but a couple of things have been broken during the transport. Recommended for one man jobs only, not for heavy lifting.

An eBay linked app would R far better. And easier to find supplier details would be good too.

The website is OK but Shiply charges are far too high. The carrier does all the work and needs to receive a bigger proportion of the fee charged. This will allow the customer obtain better value for money.

Shiply's is the most efficient way of getting things moved. I have always had good service. I am not giving a very good this time as the company seems to have mislaid my stuff. I should have done more research into the shipping company.

I found it difficult to not be able to communicate with the shipper by phone or e-mail until the estimate was accepted ( we had a complicated time schedule. Going back and forward through the shiply website was clunky.
